Easy Creamy Garlic Chicken

Anyone can be a chef, or at least fake like they are. To keep with my recent posts of recipes, here is another. This time it will be a meal-worthy protein as opposed to snack food like cookies or French toast.

Boneless, skinless chicken breast

1/2 tablespoon minced garlic

1/3 cup half and half

1 1/2 tablespoons Italian seasoning

1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup Romano cheese

Tablespoon olive oil

1. Heat olive oil in a skillet. Season chicken with salt and pepper as desired. Place chicken breast in skillet and cook until golden on the outside and cooked all the way through. I recommend medium-low heat. Rest the chicken breast on a plate.

2. Add garlic to skillet and stir for 30 seconds. Add cream, cheese, and Italian seasoning. Let simmer for 2-3 minutes.

3. Add chicken back to pan to simmer for another minute or two. Spoon sauce over chicken. Serve on noodles or some other sort of pasta.

Easy, tasty, and a way to impress friends and family. Bon appétit.
